Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage SEO, PPC, and B2B social media campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Execute and monitor end-to-end PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads) to drive high-quality B2B leads.
  • Content Strategy: Plan and oversee a multi-channel content calendar, ensuring brand consistency across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • SEO & Optimization: Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO audits to improve organic search rankings for the company website.
  • Email Marketing: Design and deploy automated email nurturing sequences to engage prospects and existing clients.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs (ROI, CTR, CPC) using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Web Development teams to create high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the client’s marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

 

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Video Editing: Basic skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro for short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
  • HTML/CMS: Basic understanding of WordPress to make minor website updates.
  • Automation: Experience setting up workflows in Zapier or HubSpot CRM.

Desired Candidate's Profile

2–4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the B2B or IT Services sector.
Social Media Proficiency: Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Search Engine Optimization: Practical experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Analytics: Strong ability to interpret data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console.
Ad Management: Hands-on experience managing paid search and display campaigns.
Copywriting: Exceptional command of English with the ability to write persuasive ad copies and captions.
Basic Design Sense: Ability to use Canva or similar tools for quick social media updates.
Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Email Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Brevo.
