Join a leading IT Services firm in Indore as a Web Developer. We are looking for a technical expert proficient in PHP (Laravel) and WordPress to build high-performance, scalable web applications for a global clientele. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Development: Lead the development of web applications from initial architecture to final deployment using PHP (Laravel) and WordPress.
  • Custom CMS Engineering: Develop bespoke WordPress themes and plugins; we avoid “off-the-shelf” heavy builders in favor of clean, performant code.
  • Backend Architecture: Design and maintain robust MySQL databases, ensuring data security, integrity, and high-speed query execution.
  • Frontend Integration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into responsive, interactive frontend components.
  • API & System Integration: Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate 3rd-party services like Stripe, Salesforce, or Twilio.
  • Code Maintenance & QA: Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging. You will be responsible for the “health” of your code through Git-based version control and peer reviews.
  • Mentorship: Assist junior developers in troubleshooting and upholding coding standards.

 

Good-to-Have

  • Familiarity with the MERN stack or Node.js.
  • Experience with Headless CMS architectures.
  • Knowledge of Docker or basic AWS/DigitalOcean deployment.
  • Understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG) and SEO optimization.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in an IT services environment.
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, MCA, or a related field (relevant experience can override degree requirements).
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore. This is a 100% On-site role to ensure high-bandwidth collaboration.
